The House of cheng are the descendants of Chang, the General who was involved in a conspiracy to disrupt the Khitomer Peace Talks. Later, the House moved it's grounds to Khitomer, the site of his failure.
Even after cheng was assassinated, later joH's Ta'pez and poQ both chose to carry the name "House of cheng".
